How Can I Pay My Tuition At The University Of Regina?

Online using UR Self-Service

Payments can be made over the Internet with a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card using the UR Self-Service. In order to log in on the UR self-service, you will require your nine-digit student ID number and PIN number. However, if you have not yet changed your PIN, enter your birth date in the following format: DDMMYY. In a situation where you encounter login problems contact the IT Support Centre at (306) 585-4685 or it.support@uregina.ca. Once you’ve logged in, select “Student Services” then “Student Records” and then “View Account or Make a Payment”. The page then displays the details of the balance owing on the students’ account and provides the opportunity to make a payment towards the students’ account. Also, note that credit card payments made using UR Self-Service will immediately appear on the Students’ account.

Online using Internet Banking

The University of Regina has agreements with all the major Canadian Chartered Banks and Saskatchewan Credit Unions for Internet payments. So, if you currently pay other bills using Internet banking, you can pay your student fees to the University of Regina using this option.  In order to do so, you will have to add the University of Regina as a payee by selecting the University of Regina from a list on your bank’s web page.  During the payment, you will be prompted for an account number. When prompted for an account number, enter your nine-digit student number (example 184123456 or 200123456) and then pay.  On the other hand, if you are paying the tuition for a student registered with a Federated College (Campion, Luther, or First Nations University), you should select the Federated College as the payee when using Internet banking.  In a situation where you are unsure of the Federated College status or the Federated College is not available as a payee, simply leave the payee as the University of Regina and the payment will be credited to the student’s account. Also, note that payments made using direct banking over the Internet can take up to seven business days to appear on the student account as the University must wait for the payment data to be received from the financial institution.

Telephone

Telephone payments can also be made using Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express can be made by calling (306) 585-4123.  However, you must provide your student number.

Mail

In-Person

What Is The Deadline For The U Of R Tuition Payment?

Generally, the University of Regina’s tuition and fees are due on the first day of classes.
